Corus is hiring Carol-Ann Kairns as its general sales manager, where she will be responsible for overseeing the media co’s advertising sales and revenues for Teletoon, Teletoon Retro, Historia and Series+.

Kairns comes to Corus from her most recent role as general manager and media lead for BCP, a role she had held for three years. She joined BCP in 1989 and helped to build the company’s position in Quebec through work with fellow Publicis agency Starcom MediaVest Group, according to a release.

She joins the Corus team on June 16 and will report to Mario Cecchini, president of Corus Media.
