OLG was the top radio ad buyer in Toronto, according to Media Monitors data from the week of Nov. 26 to Dec. 2.
The lottery and gaming corporation purchased 1,440 spots, up from 977 last week.
OLG was followed by Rogers in the #2 spot, purchasing 802 spots and Kelsey’s at #3 (794 spots). Honda Dealer Association and McDonald’s shared the #4 spot with play counts of 745.
For categories, cars and trucks, dealers association came in at #1 in Toronto with 2,703 total spots. It was followed by QSR, which had a total of 2,333 spots this week.
CTV was the top radio ad buyer in Montreal with 284 spots purchased. RegTag.ca was #2 with 246 spots, followed by Shoppers Drug Mart (238 spots), CNESST (Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail) with 204 spots and Hudson’s Bay (202 spots).
Restaurants and night clubs were the top category in the market with 763 spots purchased for the week. Television and cable TV took the second spot with 478 spots purchased.
