Re/Max is NBA Canada’s first official realtor

This deal includes a national contest, social campaigns and TV spots to promote the partnership.

Real estate brokerage brand Re/Max has signed a multi-year agreement with the NBA, making the company and its 20,000 Canadian realtors the official real estate agents of the NBA in Canada.

This marketing agreement is a category first for the NBA and will begin with a national contest giving Canadian fans the chance to win a trip to the 2023 NBA All-Star Game in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Social media campaigns and marketing initiatives will launch this year to strengthen the connection of fans and prospective clients with the NBA in Canada. Additionally, there will be ad spots running in NBA broadcasts promoting the partnership throughout the rest of the 2021-22 season.

The partnership was arranged by Re/Max and True Media Services, who have been working with Re/Max in Eastern Canada since 2020 and recently grew the account to cover the brokerage’s business across Canada. The account includes TV, paid social, search, programmatic digital, outdoor, data, events, and sponsorships management, as well as radio in the east.
