Jungle Media promotes two new VPs of planning

Derek Laurendeau and Stuart Galloway will oversee client service and planning in Toronto.

Jungle Media is starting 2023 by growing its leadership team.

The agency has promoted both Derek Laurendeau (pictured, above left) and Stuart Galloway to VP of planning positions. They have been tasked with overseeing client service and planning output in the Toronto office, working closely with agency partners and senior Jungle team members nationally.

Both of the new VPs started their career as media planners at Jungle’s sister agency Cossette Media over 15 years ago. Laurendeau moved to Jungle Media more than 10 years ago as media planning supervisor, before moving through the ranks to group media manager and most recently, director connection planning. Galloway left Cossette after three years to go to Bell Media as manager digital direct marketing and then manager, audience identity marketing, before becoming associate director of strategy at OMD Toronto. He returned to the Cossette fold when he joined Jungle Media in 2016 as group manager, later being promoted to planning director.
