Neo hires Jordana Fatsis as EVP of sales

Retail-based media company Neo has brought on Jordana Fatsis as its new EVP of sales.

In her new role, Fatsis will lead the Toronto and Montreal sales teams. Her first day will be Jan. 10.

Luc Quétel, a former president of Astral Outdoor, was recently brought on as a partner at Neo. During his time with Astral, Fatsis was its EVP of sales.

Quétel says Fatsis is the first in further “reinforcements” Neo plans to make in the coming months as it continues to develop its existing assets and diversify its media network.

Between its shopping mall, convenience, gym and mobile lines of business, Neo operates 3,750 ad displays across Canada.

True Media adds to performance and search team

Three new hires have joined True Media’s Canadian office, including its first head of performance media.

Nisha Chandrashekar is True’s new performance media lead, overseeing its North American search team. She will also add on duties for social strategy and execution for all of its U.S. clients. Chandrashekar is bringing experience from Yahoo, Accenture, and GroupM.

Working with Chandrashekar are two new search specialists: Neil D’Sa and Yogita Godara. D’Sa will work on the agency’s Re/Max and Chang School of Continuing Education accounts from Toronto. Godara will work on True’s Western Canadian clients from Calgary.

The additions come in response to growing business and client need, as it has taken on new and expanded remits with Re/Max, Calgary Airport, Onlia Insurance Spud.ca and Callia Flowers.
