A day after its TV network’s 2016 upfront presentation, 21st Century Fox has decided to stick with media agency Zenith following a global review of its media account.
The agency will handle both planning and buying for the film division’s business in Canada.
Fox launched its global review in May last year, amid an unprecedented wave of media reviews that included large companies like P&G, Coca-Cola and Walmart.
The decision brings good tidings for Zenith, which has been in the midst of a Publicis group reorg. A year ago Zenith’s CEO Frank Friedman stepped down shortly after the agency suffered some big account losses: Home Depot, Loblaw, the Ontario Government and General Mills. Kristine Lyrette took the reins as president of the agency following Friedman’s exit.
