Graham Moysey (pictured above) has been named CEO of IPG Mediabrands Canada, replacing Harvey Carroll (below right).

Moysey officially starts Feb. 12 and will report to IPG Mediabrands COO Jim Hytner.

“[Moysey’s] proven track record of success in Canada, as well as his wealth of global experience, make him the perfect person to take the helm of one of our most successful markets,” said Hytner, in a statement.

Moysey was most recently the head of international at AOL, where he oversaw 12 of the online media brand’s non-U.S. markets – reportedly doubling the size of that business during his tenure. He was elevated to the leadership role after helping AOL (now Oath) launch its Canadian outpost as its country manager in 2010.
