Fall TV: ABC releases its mid-season sked

Simulcast alert: ABC posts its changes, dropping Man Up and handing out full season orders to shows including Once Upon a Time.

ABC has released its mid-season schedule, adding only one more episode to the Sunday night aviation-themed drama Pan Am. The show, which airs in simulcast on CTV on Sunday’s at 10 p.m. will have 14 episodes in its rookie season, and is still in the running for renewal.

The modern comedy Man Up, which airs in simulcast on Monday at 8:30 p.m. on CTV Two, will not be renewed after its 13-week run.

Body of Proof, which airs in simulcast on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. has been given the green light for three more episodes, bringing its total season to 21.

Notably missing from the mid-season sked is the Courtney Cox starrer Cougar Town, which has had its third season cut from 22 episodes to 15. The show was set to air in simulcast on Citytv, with ABC saying it will likely air the remaining episodes in March.

Getting the green light for full season orders on ABC are the fairytale drama Once Upon a Time, which airs in simulcast Sunday’s on CTV at 7 p.m. Suburgatory, which airs on Wednesdays on Citytv at 8:30, has also been given the full-season green light, as has Revenge which airs in simulcast on Wednesdays on Citytv at 10 p.m.

Also getting full seasons are Last Man Standing, which airs in simulcast on Sunday nights at 7:30 p.m. on Citytv, and the  second season of Happy Endings, which runs on Wednesday night at 9:30 p.m. on Citytv.

In other network news, NBC has announced it has given a full-season order to the crime drama Grimm, which airs on CTV Fridays at 8 p.m.
