The Good Doctor back on top: Numeris

Plus, the series premiere of 9-1-1: Lone Star drew audiences nationwide.

The return of The Good Doctor to Canadian television screens translated to a return to the top of the Numeris charts for the week ending Jan. 19.

The medical drama was the most-watched single-night broadcast with an AMA of 2.5 million viewers followed by NHL playoff action which drew an AMA of 2.1 million.

The series premiere of 9-1-1: Lone Star saw audiences tune in from Toronto to Victoria where Jeopardy! Greatest Of All Time Tournament, carried on Yes TV and CHEK drew more than half a million viewers in just those two markets.

Fugueuse remained at the top of the Quebec market with an AMA of 1.72 million viewers and Tout le monde en parle made it back to the top five with an AMA of 1.28 million during the Jan. 19 episode featuring the Minister of Canadian Heritage, Steven Guilbeault.
