Global analytics and marketing firm WARC has released its Media 100, which ranks the most awarded campaigns for media, agencies, networks, groups and holding companies, as well as brands.
Montreal’s Touché! came in at number six in the ranking, placing among the top 10 agencies for a fifth consecutive year. In the last five years, only three agencies in the world have been in the top 10 each year: Touché! Canada, Mindshare Mumbai and Mindshare Shanghai.
Some of Touché!’s campaigns are also among the most rewarded campaigns. These include two for BRP – “Ladies, Rule the Road” is the seventh most awarded campaign in the world, while “Garage Therapy” ranks 51st.
Touché!’s sister agencies at OMG are also in the ranking, with PHD Toronto in the 28th spot and PHD Montreal 41st. Air Transat and Sid Lee Media’s “Vacation Intervention” campaign is the 15th most awarded campaign in the world, making Air Transat the 22nd most awarded advertiser globally.
WARC ranks Mindshare Worldwide, MediaCom, and PHD Worldwide as the top three agency networks in the world with WPP, Omnicom Group, and Publicis Groupe as the top three agency holding companies.
