Media Experts has promoted two long-tenured Montreal-based team members to VP roles.

Rachel Arts has been bumped up to VP, operations in recognition of streamlining many of the agency’s processes and automation in her previous role as managing director.

Arts has been with the agency for more than 16 years, and will continue to be responsible for decisions in media execution and workflow, while adding oversight for business solutions and project management teams, and working closely with the finance team.

Pina Cuffaro has moved up from to managing director of procurement to VP, investments, taking on a newly created senior role on Media Experts’ centralized buying team.

Cuffaro has been with Media Experts for more than 14 years. She will continue to lead and oversee the agency’s broadcast team, investment team and procurement team, while expanding her purview to include the growth of Media Experts’ connectivity to IPG partner agencies, teams and media vendors.

Earlier this year, Media Experts announced the promotion of other long-time staffers to VP – three in Quebec and one in western Canada – areas of expansion for the agency.
