New VP client partnerships in at MiQ
MiQ has tapped James Huyler-Thomson (pictured) to be its new VP of Client Partnerships.

Prior to MiQ, Huyler-Thomson was head of industry for telco and travel at Tik Tok. He brings a wealth of experience in media planning, strategy and platform sales, including leadership positions at companies such as Cossette Media, Verizon Media (now Yahoo!), Initiative and BuzzFeed.
New chief digital officer at Chameleon
After a year at Kinesso and nearly three at Media Experts, Alan Sifuentes is moving on to be the chief digital officer of Chameleon Digital Media. The move is somewhat of a homecoming for Sifuentes who left Chameleon in 2020, after nearly seven years at the agency.
Ideon Media’s first CRO’s tenure ends
RJ Pauloski is leaving his position of chief revenue officer at Ideon Media. He broke ground as the first CRO for the agency.
Before joining Ideon, Pauloski held various leadership roles in digital media and ad tech, including positions at Microsoft, Teads, Reddit, Verizon Media/AOL, 20th Century Fox and as a founder of venture backed startups.
“I am proud of the major milestones we achieved during my tenure, including: revenue growth significantly above the market average, the launch of new products in high-growth market segments, securing strategic commercial agreements with agency partners, and helping establish and strengthen partnerships with leading global publishers,” Pauloski said in a statement.
Prospect Media names new director of digital media
Prospect Media Group has hired Maxime Deschenes as its new director of digital media. Deschenes most recently served as the head of digital commerce at the TruRoots Company in Boston. He brings extensive executive experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), having held senior leadership roles at industry giants like L’Oréal and Ubisoft.
Deschenes’ mandate is to unlock growth for clients through innovative, addressable digital tactics that drive sales by distilling complex first-person data into clear, actionable insights.
