The latest AdEase report shows that Crave TV was the most active advertiser on TV in the week of Nov 18 to 24.

With 2,134 combined occurrences, Crave came in first in Montreal, fourth in Toronto and sixth in Vancouver. The streamer boosted its TV spend from the last buying week, when it recorded a total of 938 occurrences.

Following Crave were Leon’s Furniture and McDonald’s with 2,107 and 2,091 occurrences, respectively. Compared to the previous week, both marketers raised their TV purchases. Last week’s ranking did not include Leon’s, but McDonald’s was the second most active advertiser, with 2,073 appearances.

Leon’s was also one of the biggest movers in the Vancouver and Calgary rankings, moving up 119 and 121 spots, respectively. Popeyes was the advertiser that rose the most in Toronto (459 positions), while in Montreal, Interprovincial Lottery Corporation moved up seven positions.

On the category front, QSRs, furniture stores, TV & Streaming Services were the highest spending groups.
