Spark Foundry, a media agency within Publicis Media, has promoted Doha Skaf to the position of vice president.

In newly created role, Skaf will oversee the agency’s Montreal office. As part of Spark Foundry’s leadership team for the past several years, most recently as Group Account Director, Skaf moves into the position with a wealth of experience in Quebec.

“I have full confidence in Doha, having observed her consistent advancement in terms of responsibilities and efficiency,” Véronik L’Heureux, managing director of Spark Foundry Canada, said in a statement, adding that Skaf “will play a decisive role in accelerating Spark’s growth, both in the Quebec and national markets.”

Skaf will be tasked with confirming the growth of Spark Montreal, enhancing the agency’s position in Quebec, supporting the teams and representing the agency in local instances.

Previously, Skaf has worked for Omnicom, Havas Media and Cossette Media.
