Sunday night’s must-win game seven for the Toronto Raptors was the most-watched game for the team to date in Canada.

The game, which aired on Sportsnet, was watched by an average audience of 1.53 million viewers, according to Numeris numbers provided by Rogers Media. Overall, the game was watched by 4.4 million Canadians at some point during the match. Audience levels peaked at 2.6 million viewers at 10:30 p.m. as the Raptors clinched the game and advanced to the second round of the playoffs.

Broadcasts of the Toronto Raptors are split between Sportsnet and TSN. Ratings to round one of the NBA Playoffs on TSN averaged 643,000 viewers, up 38% over last year.
