Mediabrands and Magna name new presidents

Brad Hugill takes a new role at Mediabrands while Leanne Burnett-Wood assumes his duties at Magna.

Brad HugillMediabrands has appointed Brad Hugill to the new position of president of business operations and transformation. Part of his new mandate at IPG Mediabrands is to streamline, simplify and automate the agency’s end-to-end media planning and investment process.

Hugill moves into the post from Magna Global, a Mediabrands agency, where he has been managing director since 2015. Prior to Magna, he held senior roles at Acosta Mosaic Group, Constellation Brands, AB InBev and Famous Players.

Leanne BurnettWood B&WFilling his leadership seat at Magna is Leanne Burnett-Wood, who has been named president of MAGNA and a member of the Mediabrands leadership team. She joined Magna in April 2020 as VP of investments, coming from the same position at Dentsu Aegis Network. Prior to that, Burnett-Wood was investment director at Publicis agency, Starcom MediaVest Group.

Both Hugill and Burnett-Wood will report directly to Graham Moysey, CEO of Mediabrands.
