Corus’ new original unscripted series Stitched has added department store Marshalls as its exclusive fashion retailer.
The new fashion competition series, which premieres Sept. 9 at 9 p.m. on Slice, is hosted by Canadian model and actor Kim Cloutier and features judges including stylist Joe Zee and Elle Canada EIC Vanessa Craft.
The 12-episode series will feature Marshalls integrated into numerous episodes. The retail chain will be featured in both challenges and guest stylist appearances, while contestants will have access to the Marshalls Accessory Shop in order to source footwear, purses, sunglasses and other accessories for their fashion tasks.
As part of the integration, Marshalls will also sponsor an online contest with Slice’s website, which provides one winner per week with a Marshalls-themed prize. One ultimate prize of a $1,000 shopping spree will also be awarded at the end of the season.
The premiere of the show coincides with a month-long free preview of Slice. In addition to its airing on Slice, Stitched will also air on the W Network Thursdays at 10 p.m. starting Sept. 13.
Marshalls worked with its media AOR Starcom on the integration.
