TSN and Sportsnet both announced broadcast schedules for the 2014 Major League Soccer season yesterday.

Bell Media-owned TSN will broadcast 90 regular season MLS games including all 34 Vancouver Whitecaps matches, 23 TFC matches and 12 Montreal Impact matches on TSN and TSN2. The network’s coverage kicks off Saturday, March 8 at 7:30 p.m. on TSN. The channel also holds exclusive rights to the MLS Cup playoffs, MLS Cup 2014 and 2014 AT&T MLS All-Star Game. Additionally, as the official French-language broadcaster of MLS in Canada, RDS will air more than 30 games, including 13 Montreal Impact games.

TSN signed a deal with MLS in 2011, beating out the CBC for priority rights to the league through 2016.

Rogers-owned Sportsnet will air 11 Toronto FC games on Sportsnet One and Sportsnet 360 beginning Saturday, April 5 at 6 p.m. Sportsnet is also a licensed broadcaster of the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and will air games in partnership with official broadcaster CBC.

TSN radio stations in Vancouver and Montreal will carry all games featuring their home teams, with TSN Radio 1050 Toronto and Sportsnet 590 the Fan to split TFC games in Toronto.
