Kinesso, IPG Mediabrands’ tech-driven performance marketing agency, has promoted Christy MacLeod to chief data and solutions officer from her EVP position. In her new role, MacLeod will oversee Kinesso’s agile solutions practice that focuses on the elevation of AI-powered capabilities and the development and delivery of strategic premium services that are performance-driven. She will work in collaboration with IPG Mediabrands agency partners UM, Initiative and Media Experts.

MacLeod joined IPG Mediabrands in 2011 and rose through the ranks at IPG Mediabrands and Kinesso, where she most recently served as executive VP of data and technology. During this time, she launched IPG Mediabrands’ Canadian Audience Solution in collaboration with Acxiom.
In addition, MacLeod has been instrumental in scaling Kinesso’s market-leading capabilities, including key offerings such as custom audiences, first-party data strategy, consumer insights, full-funnel modelling, unified retail media, platforms and intelligence solutions.
